Bill S - 193 to Increase Indecency Fines
A bill to increase FCC, indecency fines by a multiple of 10 from a maximum of $32,500 to a maximum of $325,000 per incident has passed the house today. All that remains is for the president to sign off. The bill will not apply to satellite or cable broadcasts which are not included in FCC rules.
